Nice app as a start. Itd really help to add a snooze option, though! Ex: Remind me again in 5-to-whatever minutes... (in case the users in the middle of or wrapping up something).
Perhaps also have the options for X glasses of water, but ideally not as more reminders (because then all start getting ignored). Instead, maybe WITH each eat reminder, ask/enter the # of glasses youve had (since last asked), and the app simply keeps a total tally for the day.
